Conduct critical research studies to enhance understanding of the user experience and drive product strategy. Who are your target users and what do they need? Here you're working with product managers, project managers, developers and other project stakeholders.

DESIGN

Time to consider solutions and turn them into wireframes. After that, high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate the next step of the process. Testing.

TEST

This critical step of the process allows you to test assumptions and see if there are any design flaws before going to market with your final product.

Handover time. The developers whom you have been collaborating with from the start get to coding and turn those final  designs into market-ready products.
